"We kept to ourselves because we didn't realize there was a shared common room upstairs, however we realized as well that it wasn't open all the time since I think the owners prefer to be home, which makes sense! "Internet was dismal. These rooms owned by private individuals have really outdated equipment and connection is really bad. I had to use my mobile hotspot to be able to work. The bathroom had been closed for a while so it had a stale smell that was borderline overwhelming. Once ventilated it was ok. Check in was not the best, again because the room is owned by someone else the girls at reception have to go through apparently different steps to check the guest in. "Wouldnt actually allow us to stay as they wanted us to pay in cash, which we did not have, only credit card. "

Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel.
