The registration desk was usually unattended.Muliple times I had to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to step out from the back. The room was missing hand soap, batteries for the remote, and cups I noticed other customers asking for toilet paper and other items that were missing from their rooms

The location was close to the even which was the reason for choosing the place. The location was good, away from the highway and train station. However, I was not impressed by the service. I asked the front office to change my towels twice in the morning before we left to the event. However, the towels were NOT changed upon return; I had to go down to pick up new towels. They gave me new towels as if it was norm. The morning breakfast menu was the same for two days in a row, variety was poor: extremely salty ham, scrambled eggs that finished and we had to wait for, stale cupcakes. I liked the 2 pancake makers with the Texas state shape that worked decent. Thank you.
