The Econo Inn was exactly what they advertised. It was clean and well lit at night. It was in the 100's while i was there and the room cool the whole time. I had no issues whatsoever and would recommend it! Except for no in room coffee maker, but options close by.

Very rundown. Nobody answers the phone at the front desk. No staff to answer any questions. There was a live rosch in the shower. There was blackish color mold on the wall in the bathroom. I wanted to call the front desk to ask what time checkout was at & nobody answered the 3 times i tried. The paint is chipping off the walls & door. DEFINITELY not a 7.6 out if 10 as stated!!

There were a few little issues of the hot and cold water. Lines were backwards were cold was hot and hot was cold, which we did not figure out only first got there and plus a storm that came through and knocked out the power where we had no air conditioning, but that was not their fault that was the act of God on the storm The people that were working there helped us out extremely

Air Force graduation hotel

The service was very good but over all idk I booked it because of Air Force graduation and it was 15 min away from base very help full because the cadets had to be there early so ment I spent more time with my love one but if it’s like booking to travel there wouldn’t recommend. I do have to say the stuff about bed bugs are not true but but while I was there I did see 1 roach 2 dead mosquitoes on my bed and 2 flys and I stayed for 13-16 of may over all yea it’s ok not too great and not super bad at same time oh and they have a pool it’s clean daily and hot tub and like I said the service was great. Most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Huge stains on blankets, broken concrete and trash everywhere, dogs roaming parking lot. It smelled terrible. Nobody in office. This is a MOTEL not a hotel. With door leading outside. Everything is run down in horrible neighborhood.

There was no hot water. My toilet didn't flush. The Shower stall ceiling paint was falling into bathtub. I left for services at 530 am and no one at the front desk. Tried to contact property by phone 7 times between 6 am to 11 am and no one answered to acquire assistance about my room. Unfortunately the issue was not resolved and had to stay elsewhere.

Not bad for the price. Staff were awesome. Rooms are basic, but they are clean! Refrigerator did not work. We arrived late, but they were very accommodating. About 10 minutes from Lackland AFB.
