Breakfast was a really poor showing. Not fresh nor generous, We had no body wash in our bathroom. There was no desk clerk on duty when we checked out on Sunday morning at 9:30..They went and woke someone up to give us our receipt and then said they couldn't because booking was thru Expedia. We would have to wait and receive it in the mail. They charged me $50 damage charge just in case. Told me I would have to wait for bill to ARRIVE before i could check the refund on that. Sheets were dingy and bed not comfortable. Still no receipt received and it has been nearly a week. Won't stay here again.

Everything was great, but the showers were a little out-dated and looked a bit dirty. The pillows could have been a little bigger in size and the top blanket felt rough. Otherwise, the property was clean, I felt safe and there weren't any guests who were loud.

There was stains on the comforter. The shelf under the table is the room had a thick layer of dust. The air vent in the bathroom was crusted with dirt and dust. The carpet was dirty and musty smelling.

The breakfast options were poor, especially since there was no oatmeal like there was in the past. There was no fresh cut up fruit available to eat Also, in the afternoon, the coffee was lukewarm. It appeared that it was not kept fresh. There was no filtered water dispenser like there is at other Hampton Inns. In general, it was one of the worst experiences I've had at the Hampton Inn.

Faucet in bathtub leaking, long enough that there was mold in bath tub. Got offered another room that had a weird odor, and after a half an hour our noses were burning and we were coughing. The hallways smelled of very strong cleaning detergent. Beds had no dust ruffle on lower mattress, just bare mattress which looked very cheap and ghetto for what you would expect from a Hampton Inn, which I stay at often enough to know the expectation. We ended up leaving the hotel and taking a loss on it due to them not giving refund. And we booked at the Drury down the road instead which was MUCH nicer.

Rude staff, bad smell in the hotel, old and not unkept. The pool was also under “maintenance”! A pile of dirty towels in the hallway next to our room. Not clean, hot muggy hallways, and terrible service! Never booking there again.

We got to our room after checking in, turned the air conditioner on and it did not get cooler in our room. It actually got hotter by a about 5 degrees. A\C wasn't working. We called the front desk and they moved us to a different room immediately where the A/C worked, no questions asked. Thats why they get 5 stars for service, haha. Moved to the new room and went to put our things in the fridge, fridge didn't work. Next morning told the front desk (it was midnight when we moved and just wanted to sleep) and they replaced the fridge while we were out and about. Came back to a working fridge. Wanted to go swimming. Went to look at the pool and it was the filthiest pool I've ever seen in a hotel. Low budget friendly hotel pools have been cleaner and nicer. It was a algae colored green with trash in it. Oh well we thought, it happens, haha. Went back to the room and decided we were just going to chill and watch t.v. Turned the power on to the t.v and the picture didn't come on, only sound. Called the front desk to inform them and they asked if we'd like to move rooms. Again. We didn't want to risk it, haha, didn't know how that room would be. Overall, the room itself was nice, clean and comfortable (after we moved) but the amenities were lacking. Definitely marked this hotel as a not staying here again for the price charged and how many issues we had.

I booked this hotel for the pool and it was closed “Sorry for the inconvenience “. Two of three ice machines not working “Sorry for the inconvenience “. Breakfast wasn’t great. Third day I had to leave at 6:30 and not even coffee ready. “Oh, we couldn’t get into the room. Not even a sorry. Four day stay and not even clean towels or trash dumped. Will not stay again.

Convient location. Pool under maintenance/closed. Ice machine second floor broken. No soap in room. Housekeeping supposed to come every other day, never came. AC in rooms either way too cold or dont work. Chips/sodas never stocked and mostly empty. Water leaks in main hallway. Breakfast not ready at 6. No fruit or oatmeal. 3 days of exactly same "breakfast". Coffee left out all day/night. Owner belittling a staff member in front of me. (He was wrong) He also ignored me to chew her out. This place is run down and horribly run. Stay away

I called before to see if I could get an early check in, they said that was alright. When I arrived at 1:00, the man at the front desk said I couldn’t get an early check in. He didn’t do anything to assist me with getting an early check in. For some reason all the rooms were going to be ready, magically at the same time.

Hotel was convenient to both Hwy281 and Loop1604 on San Antonio's North Side. Our room was spacious, confortable, and had great temperature control. We we both astounded that the bath had no face cloths or hand towels--which I secured from one of the room cleaners who apologized for one of the hotel's washers being broken. Surprising as well was the overhead makeup fixture which was either inoperable or needed bulbs. As mentioned in check-in review--I personally tightened the toilet seat that appeared to have been replaced, but never secured properly--certainly a first for this traveler! The last and strangest surprise was that housekeeping either did not have access to king size sheets or attempted to make our bed by attempting to fit the mattress in the wrong direction? In any event, we would not return to this hotel--too many small missteps that indicate a systemic issue that hopefully is limited to this location and not the brand--no axe to grind, just being as honest as possible.

Hotel was very poorly maintained. Carpet was ripped, ceiling tiles missing and the didn’t even have napkins or paper towels in the food area. In our room half the lightbulbs were out, soap dispensers were empty and missing towels. We went to front desk to request towels and soap and were given some worn towels and a small bar of soap. Elevators also smelled of mildew and make grinding noises when operating. A very shabby place. Also rooms are only cleaned if requested. We stayed two nights and left.
