This is a bottom level duplex apartment. It is close to hospitals & Universities. You can hop on Hwy 281 and be anywhere in 10-30 minutes away, downtown is 10 minutes away, Fiesta Texas is 15-20 minutes, Medical Center is 10 minutes away, Fort Sam Houston is 15 minutes away, Trinity University is 3 blocks away, as well as UIW. The San Antonio Zoo is minutes away. The Pearl is about 10 minutes away. There are many eateries close by.

This is an incredibly comfortable and relaxing home! We stayed during our son's orientation at Trinity University and loved the easy walk to campus and the gorgeous neighborhood.

We stayed here for Parent Weekend at Trinity, and it was a perfect location. It's a great walking neighborhood and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. The apartment is spotless and comfortable. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cozy place to hang out after a day of exploring San Antonio - big comfy couch and beds. Really nice neighborhood within close proximity to the Riverwalk, Alamodome and lots of great restaurants (ended the trip with amazing steaks at The Barn Door). Would definitely recommend staying here.

It’s located in an established, quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s conveniently located near Trinity and Incarnate Word universities and other downtown attractions. The beds are comfy, A/C cold and has plenty of hot water. We’ll definitely be back. BTW, If you enjoy Mexican cuisine, you’re in the right area to taste authentic food and not the chain restaurants stuff. We enjoyed the food and service at Sabor Cocina.

My husband and my two small daughters stayed here for the weekend and it was perfect. Very kid friendly. The beds were comfortable. The bathtub was great for bubble baths. The neighborhood is safe. The kitchen was well equipped to put together snacks and meals to save some money. I really appreciate the coffee in the kitchen! Also, having a washer and dryer in the back utility room was a life saver. I will be back!

We could not stay. We were never able to access the key code for the door. We were outside in the hot Texas sun for 45 minutes trying to get inside the door. Every time I verified my identity, instead of getting the door key code, I got page after page of advertising about "One Key" & "One Key Cash." There was no communication from the owner, no contact information on webpage, neighbors didn't know how to contact owner. Fortunately, we were able to get last-minute rooms at Marriott River Center Hotel where we had a fabulous room and were able to get a full refund from American Express. The AMEX representative did not hesitate to give us the refund as soon as she heard what happened and who we had used for the booking. We were very disappointed in the terrible "customer service" from VRBO. We will never use them again.

Just as the pictures show, is how the apartment looked. Clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and close to some excellent restaurants. Communication was fast with Gloria. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great spot for a weekend visit to Trinity. It was a little tricky to find in the dark, but other than that minor issue it was a great stay.
