Beautiful little barn cottage!

This is a beautiful, well-appointed place and is exactly as described. The open concept makes it feel even larger than it is. Nice amenities and a great location, too. The owner was very prompt in responding and very helpful. Our family members will definitely stay there again next time!

Clean and comfortable

The little barn was conveniently located for us to enjoy Boerne and surrounding area. A short drive into San Antonio for river walk. It was clean and neat. Was equipped with everything we needed.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay in the little red barn! It was all as listed and true to the description. The hosts were thoughtful with details such as leaving a list of local restaurants with their locations and days that they were open specific to our trip and having the shower in the bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and using the tecord player in the evenings. We would highly recommend this place to stay!

I wanted a few days alone to craft, read and relax, and The Little Red Barn was perfect for that! The space was comfortable, pretty, clean, inviting and well-air-conditioned (important in the summer in Texas). Check in was painless. Catherine answered any questions I had quickly by text and was gracious about letting me extend my check-out time a bit. I slept well because the bedroom area was easily darkened and the very quiet neighborhood meant no outside noise disturbed me. I really enjoyed walking on the Cibolo Creek Trail (a quick 5-min. drive from the location) and Boerne is a delightful town. I'll be back the next time I need a quiet get-away.

It was very open and spacious and had everything you need. Communication was excellent. It’s in a very nice neighborhood at the dead end of the street so it was very quiet. We’ve never stayed in a guest house before so it felt a little awkward to us to view the owners beautiful backyard and swimming pool from our living area and patio. We also shared the driveway with the owners. It was plenty big and had a dedicated parking spot for the renter. The owners weren’t home during our stay so all was good but it’s a detail I didn’t consider when I booked. Overall I would recommend if you are ok with the close proximity to the owners home.
