Urban living in a quiet, historic neighborhood! The Casita is a 0.5-mile walk to the Pearl complex & river. Casita is a charming, restored 1930s home w/ a covered porch, back deck w/ dining, huge indoor dining table, and 4 streaming TVs with Hulu Live with ESPN (watch your games!), Disney, and Prime. NEW A/C will keep you cool in the hot summer months.

The nearby Pearl provides upscale cuisine, bars, a local farmers market, shopping, & thoughtful outdoor areas, including a splash pad.
The Pearl has a farmer's market every Saturday and Sunday, along with special events all throughout the year. Brackenridge Golf Course is 1.3 miles away. The DoSeum and Witte are about 1.5 miles away. Only 1.7 miles from the Alamo downtown & less than a mile from all major highways. St. Mary's Strip is just a few blocks north.

Entertain in the dining room, which has a large rustic dining table with seating for 8+, a stand-up bar, and a 50-inch smart TV. The living room is cozy with two sofas and a 60-inch smart TV.

Our charming casita has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, with full mattresses on the bottom and twin on top. The first bathroom has a shower/tub combo, and the second bathroom has a shower.

The home is historic and has been recently restored! The home has updated modern comforts such as appliances and fixtures while keeping the historic charm of the original home, such as the bathroom tile and 91-year Art Deco old doors.

Each bedroom, the dining area, and the living room have Smart TVs (4 total) and access to some of your favorite streaming channels such as Hulu, Prime Video, Netflix, and Disney Plus.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, a 5-burner gas stove and oven, and a microwave. There is a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

The backyard has a 6-foot privacy fence and the front yard has a 4-foot iron fence. There is a driveway with parking for 3-4 cars behind a 6-foot iron gate. You may also park one car in front of the gate and one in front of the house.

This home is in a community with wonderful neighbors that include the owners, other homeowners, renters, and vacation renters like yourselves who will welcome you! In turn, please respect the community. No parties please, but have fun and enjoy the area!

Nice, clean house that is recently renovated located in the up and coming neighborhood that is very close to the Pearl District which has lots of fun shops and restaurants. It was perfect for a home base to explore San Antonio.

Just as described, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Pearl District, Riverwalk, and the Alamo. Clean and comfy with nice bathrooms and very good air conditioning. The owners were pleasant, responsive and very helpful!

The Casita is lovely with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen is well equipped and there is colorful artwork throughout the home. The vintage cottage has a great deal of charm and is clean, warm, and inviting. Lisa and Alfonso are helpful and communicative. The location is fabulous--literally less than 15 minutes to everything that we wanted to see and do, with the exception of the missions that are farthest south (San Juan and Espada) and those were within 20 minutes. Great restaurants and Pearl are quite nearby. Would stay here again without hesitation!

We stayed here a few days over spring break with our young children. The house is small but very comfortable, fit the 5 of us easily. The location is convenient for the Pearl and downtown. The owners were very accommodating, even provided us a pack and play, and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay here again.

House was perfect for our family with little ones. She provided a pack and play which was a huge plus! The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. Owner was quick to respond and even gave us some suggestions on dessert spots. The location was perfect…within 10 minutes of everything but the neighborhood was calm and quiet. Casa Fiesta had plenty of space to relax and get a little work done while visiting San Antonio. The house was very clean, the decor was charming and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. The house is within a 15 minute walk of The Pearl which we frequented daily, our favorites were Best Quality Daughter and Licks ice cream. We will book Casa Fiesta again when in San Antonio.

This house was very clean and as advertised online. It had everything we needed provided! It was just my husband and I, but could accommodate 6 more in a bunk room. We used as a home base while visiting our daughter at Trinity , which was only 5 minutes away so it was perfect for that. The neighborhood is a little transitional but that being said this was one of the nicer homes on the street and just down the block is a newer police station. Convenient to different areas of San Antonio. Owners gave good instructions and were communicative! Would recommend and stay again for a small group/quick weekend!!

We were traveling with our 16 and 17 year old grand daughters. House was well furnished and stocked. The owners were very responsive to a few minor items. Very easy check in/out. 5 - 15 minute drive to all the activities we wanted to do and see! The Pearl was beautifully lit up at night. Would stay there again!

I chose this house because I thought I would like the location. I have two sons that wanted to experience San Antonio nightlife as well as popular attractions. I have family here who live in the Stone Oak area so I wanted to have easy access to visit them. This little house was perfect for all the needs we had. Boys could walk to St Marys Street to party. I could hop on to 281 to see my family. We were a five minute drive from The Riverwalk and The Pearl. I plan on staying here every time I come back to visit family. Loved this super cute little house!

This well appointed home had everything we needed for our family of 5 for a 3 day get away. Great space, nice bathrooms, kitchen/dining space were great, and as a fellow label maker lover, the notes helped us operate like home! Art, food, entertainment, shopping, and more all within walking distance, and if driving, still in a great location for hopping on the interstate.
