"No towels at hotel no air conditioning No soap this was by far worst hotel in 6 weeks of travel in Chile and way overpriced. Was refused to be allowed to get money back for 2nd night after 1st night. Manager said owner has horrendous record with other people will not do anything and never fixes the situation and has been reported previously."

I was promptly acquainted with the property, and the area surrounding it as well. Mary was pretty much the sweetest concierge anyone could ask for!!! The staff and grounds crew are amazing! The pools (outdoor and indoor), wood fired hot tubs, saunas, restaurant, gardens, rooms, the hiking trails behind the hotel, the wine tasting in Casablanca Valley, love, love, love!! Do not hesitate to book your stay here. You will be totally satisfied! Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Chile and the Casablanca Valley"
