"Location, location, location. So easy to get to everywhere I needed to go without getting on a highway. The tenants in the building are uniformly friendly and helpful. The host, Jarrell, responds promptly and fixes any minor issues quickly. One con: There is no comfortable place to eat in the apartment! The kitchen island does not have room for one's knees. "

"Literally one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I do not recommend this location at all. There is no one on site to assist if an issue arises and when trying to contact the staff when I encountered issues I either did not receive a response at all or when I did on a few occasions it was incredibly delayed. When I arrived at the location in the evening I found that there was discarded broken furniture and a broken scooter on the lawn in the front of the building. The building was worn down...
