"This property is in a good location because it is close to nice spots like Palo Alto. It is next to some industrial complexes though so don’t expect beauty around you. It feels like you are staying in a nice college apartment, but don’t expect luxury. It’s clean, but simple. The gym was nice and it is a good spot for a family. Good landing spot if you plan on touring the area. "

"This is a well-located and sparkling clean condominium right in the middle of San Jose’s Santana Row neighborhood. All appliances and furniture are new with a large screen television. A completely remodeled bathroom with an excellent shower. Plus we found the mattress quite comfortable.Whenever we contacted the property manager she responded very quickly.The only area where we thought there could be improvement would be a “welcome booklet” with specific information on the apartment.Thank you...

They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything.
