Check in - could be quicker why the need to forward Expedia email etc when already have details on system
Room - lovely big and week presented, high quality bedding robes toiletries, powerful hair dryer,water replenished almost daily only 1 day no housekeeping in a week.
Pool large area always sun beds and loungers, order drinks from scanning we code at bed. Gardens well maintained and pool area washed down daily.
Restaurant- Saturday night was amazing range and quality however by Monday it went way down hill, lots of dried up food, less choice. Huge amount of PORK and little else. The pork wasn’t always CLEARLY labelled, and put into far too many dishes. Breakfast was constantly good and able to order set dishes or help self to buffet. The hotel app is a bit difficult to navigate at first but then get used to it to book in for dinner each day.
Service - they’re are a lot of staff in the restaurant standing about talking and I did hear them talking negatively about guests, maybe they be better stiring the food so it’s not dried up. Apart from this I lived the hotel and will defiantly return
