Breakfast is a pleasant dining experience. The hostess is kind and attentive. The décor is cool and modern and fresh. There was whqr appearwd to be a repaored leak which left a mark in our room. Great rain shower! Walkable to everywhere in Assisi. Picturesque. I want to return already.
The only things are:
99% of the TV cable is Italian, all streaming requirments with an account, the Annex suites do feel far away from...
"Great location to old and new part of Assi. The staff was great, the rooms were clean and in great condition, the air condition was cold. The dinner at the restaurant was a good value and the atmosphere was great. "
"This is our second vacation here at La Terazza in Assisi. This time, our visit coincided with World Youth Day. There was singing and dancing within the walls of Assisi. It was wonderful. Then, we could come back to LaTerrazza for a wonderful swim with fantastic views and peace. The Hotel is very new and a perfect mix of old stone and crisp clean white walls and newly remodeled room.

"Vicinissimo alla Basilica di San Francesco, l'Hotel offre camere ampie, pulite e con una splendida vista, disponibile anche facendo colazione in terrazza. Buona la colazione anche se forse la scelta di alcuni cibi (croissant, marmellate, ecc) risulta un po' limitata. Personale gentilissimo. "

"Beautiful hotel! Beautiful people working there. The room and location was amazing. Only complaint the pillows were very hard, all of them!! AC wasn’t quite as cold as we are used to but very nice and comfortable. Area was super close to the Basilica of Saint Francis with an amazing view. Would definitely stay again. "

Excellent bathroom with clean towels and adorable packets of toothbrush and other toiletries. Many restaurants in close walking distance. AMAZING VIEW from outdoor terrace and bedroom windows of St Francis Bascillica and countryside. Assisi churches and attractions are all walking distances. 5 stars for everything. "
