"The photo of greenery and said lake misrepresent a landed house but it was half an apartment of 2 storey with no view as shown. We had to lug our luggage up many steps to enter the apartment and there is another flight. Kitchen is not well equipped with no stove. Rooms however are clean. But soap, bedding provided doesn't match the price we paid. We have experience better quality for less during the 2.5 weeks in Italy. Please improve access to the property for big luggage, cooking facilities and...

Young kids. The apartment is brand new, nicely designed, large with 2 separate bedrooms. Nice kitchen. Located in the center. Comfortable garage in the basement. Got a free pass to the hosting hotel swimming pool and spa! Perfect stay.

Such a charming place in the quiet town of Sillian. The dinner was spectacular—everything was just perfect. I had the best tiramisu of my life! Breakfast was great as well, and I especially enjoyed the local honeycomb.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived on a rainy night after an exhausting hike, and it felt so nice to be warmly welcomed into such a cozy place. We’d definitely stay here again!

The girl at reception was very friendly and helpful. She took us to our room and was clearly proud of the hotel and what it offered. The hotel construction, furnishings and décor reminded us of stays we have had in castles and manors. Warm and inviting rooms, and the amenities were like those provided by much more expensive hotels. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

Wow! This place is amazing. Gorgeous setting in the Dolomites. The spa contains a bunch of saunas- all different temperatures, humidities and “ themes”. If you’re into sauna bathing, that is the BEST! Staff is excellent.

Everything in this property is so intentional and well done! Rooms are well kept. They transformed a 16th century mansion and still hold some of the original wood working. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were dedicated to providing a truly special experience!

I stayed in this hotel with my family for 5 day ski holiday. It is perfectly built and furnished hotel. Easy ski out and ski in. It is made for deep relaxing and mountain enjoying. Staff vey friendly and helpful. Food very very delicious, bit pricey though.
Internet could be faster. It is 10km far from first small village and store. All in all, I would come back anytime here.

While they are working out the kinks, and the hallways and basement area between the garage and wellness center could be better designed and less industrial/cold, the hotel has great rooms, a great spa and pool area, and a great restaurant. Not truly ski-in/ski out, but only a short walk to the slope.
