First time in San Carlos and had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at Evamar. Location was close to restaurants and beach. The pool area was very nice and family enjoyed it.

Evamar is a very good option for group vacation since its a huge apartment. The place is beautiful and new, with a modern style but keeping the rustic style as well, we were very pleased with our stay there.

Excellent and easy communication--I don't speak much Spanish, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I loved that someone reached out via WhatsApp before I arrived the day before, and I could text my needs and questions. Clean rooms and a nice space. Good view. Several facility options too -- would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Evamar San Carlos, which we visit in a low period on December. The room had all the amenities we needed - and even more. The welcome was warm and the staff was very attentive and kind. Whenever we visit again San Carlos, Evamar will be our first choice.

The room was fantastic as was the staff. We had a condo on the third floor. With no elevator and 34 steps to the door it was tiring to say the least. Hauling items up and down got old for a 5 day trip.

Everything was amazing! The team always communicated with us here and was always there to answer questions. We were helped Very often by the guard and he let us know of several Amenities we could take advantage of such as a speaker at the pool you could connect to! If you download their app you can easily rent out bicycles for FREE and also a kayak. The location is very close to playa san fransisco, a beach that has gravel like rocks instead of sand if you like rock collecting. For a sandy beach experience ask the staff about the beach called “los algodones”. For snorkeling ask the staff for directions to the beach called “piedras pintas”. The apartments have a full kitchen with dinner and silverware included. Safety was 10/10 there was a guard on the property 24/7, and the parking was limited to guests only. Finally the pool water was warm and relaxing.

No me agrado falta de interés en cliente ya que reporten alberca con agua fría dijeron vamos a revisar caldera y no hicieron nada. Otra cosa prometieron servicio restaurante sábado y domingo y el sábado eran más de las 9 y no había llegado personal para desayuno, había gente pero por otro grupo, falta seriedad ya que pase a recepción a reportar y simplemente aceptaron que pues no han llegado a tiempo, el colmo... Lastima de lugar.
