Elle a toujours le sourire et bien que nous l’ayons dérangé à 2 reprises pour des petits soucis, elle s’est démenée pour nous apporter...

"Room was very clean and comfortable and the area is quiet. It was within easy walking distance to restaurants and all the main sites including the old town."

"Outrageous that they advertise parking. I booked there specifically because of that but found when I arrived they had limited spaces and they were occupied. Drive around till you find something was the response. The shower head was broken and disconnected, the sink drain would not close and the air conditioning unit did not work. There was built up grime around the shower door. And there was no one to address any of the issues. This is the worse hotel experience I have ever had."

Ci ho soggiornato per un evento di lavoro, penso ci tornerò all'occorrenza e chissà, magari anche con la famiglia per un weekend da quelle parti. "We where the second family to occupying this room and there where many things missing (sofa or chairs, tissue paper, mirror, etc). The owner was very good and tried her best to help. The cleaning person did not was the cups and/ or change the towels one day."
