"Communication was great. Ocean view and sounds 10 out of 10. The place is dated, as many beach side homes can be. They have temporary window coverings, which for us was a pian to install. For a minimal cost they can add bedroom blackout curtains vs the the temp ones we had to hang ourselves. Coffee maker is old school. A nice Keurig coffee station would be a nice to have for the guests and not break the bank. We spent most the time on the back decks and unplugged from the world. Easy access...
