"The room was large with a very large bathroom as well. It did not have a walk-in shower, but more of a tub shower. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and well kept up and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with significant variety and fresh cooked options, which is an omelette station. They also had regional food for breakfast, which was fun. We ate at the restaurant twice and the food was fantastic. My only complaint was the rooms at the front of the buildings are not insulated all that well, and you could hear the noise on the street. The rooms in the front of the building did have a balcony with a view of the city, which was nice."

"What a find. After a 5 day trek, splashed out and was delighted. Firstly, the concierge Manuel could not be more helpful and was happy to keep a bag in storage until I returned from the trek. The hotel is gorgeous - only a handful of rooms, peaceful, the breakfast deck has a superb view over Cusco. Breakfast cooked to order. The room was very comfortable, everything worked perfectly and the shower was absolutely fantastic - including the massage feature. Plus airport shuttle is included. Hard to imagine a better hotel. Thanks!!"

"The Union Hotel was great! The hotel is one block away from San Pedro Market and San Pedro station as well as a 10 mins walk from the Plaza de Armas. Its a great place to be to in Cusco of you prefer to be a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the City. They also have a cute patio with events most days of the week. A plus is that you can order a car from the airport and back. The rooms are cute and spacious. The beds pretty standard but not over the top. I didn't know I needed a rainfall shower but that was a nice surprise. Anyway stay here! The staff, including Juan, Abelina, and Daniella, are nice and very accommodating whether English or Spanish speaking 💜"

"Gorgeous hotel. I especially loved the art throughout the hotel. Very cool modern art displayed with colonial art. The history of the property is fascinating. I felt lucky to experience the property. The alpacas are adorable and I never knew where they would appear next. They move them around the property throughout the day. The view is stunning from the restaurant. We only stayed one night. I think it's a great place to orient yourself to the city. "
