Clean and comfortable

Very friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were all clean and comfortable. The area is quiet although behind the suites there is a gym that plays music non-stop all day but the nights are quiet.

Our room was excellent! Super clean, comfortable, convenient, and spacious. Rooms are NOT soundproof since we could hear parties and traffic nearby. Breakfast fare was good, the service was lame.

El hotel tiene una parte en construcción. Las habitaciones disponibles son oscuras, con alfombras muy sucias, camas duras, almohadas con relleno hecho bolas y limpieza deficiente (polvo, cabellos de otros huéspedes, etc.). Las ventanas no abren y el aire acondicionado no funciona (lo confirmamos con otros huéspedes) por lo que hacía muchísimo calor. El bufete de desayuno es malísimo. Para llegar al centro es necesario tomar taxi. Solo lo recomiendo si, como nosotros, quieren estar cerca del salón Miraval para un evento.
