"Our stay was disappointing, especially since it was a birthday trip for my girlfriend. The bathroom wasn’t clean, there was hair in the shower, the body wash dispenser was empty, and it took over an hour and two calls to receive an extra blanket. These issues took away from what should have been a special experience. We’d appreciate your help with an appropriate resolution."
"I stayed here while trying to save my company money while attending a conference. The room was a single room with a king bed and a shower, desk, mini fridge, and place for clothes. If you are looking for a glamorous hotel with lots of amenities this is not the place for you, but if you plan on being in the room only really for sleeping, then this place is perfect and cheap compared to other places in the Gaslamp Quarter."
"It was a very nice property and conveniently located. The only inconvenience was that our room was in tower three, which is not attached to the main building so it was more inconvenient to get to the fitness room and the pool. The rooms were spacious and well maintained.I loved that there was a water filling station in the building, which included dispensing hot water!"
"The staff at Humphrey's was especially welcoming and helpful. The rooms were not as bright or spacious as the reviews suggest, which was disappointing with the garden suite at $700 a weeknight. Pool bar closes at 8pm, though pool and hot tub are open till 11."
