The property is in a nice location. We walked to Sunset Cliffs every day. It doesn’t have a cook top stove/oven as stated in the description. It doesn’t have a microwave combo oven air fryer. We only used it as a microwave. The window air conditioner works much better when taken off eco mode. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great little place for a single or a couple in need of a home base. The place is in a great location if you're headed to the beaches, Sea World etc. The lack of an oven/stove or any real kitchen makes it tough to do any cooking or meals. But, if you are going to be out and about most of the time, are not planning on doing much cooking, and just need a bed and a shower, this place fits the bill. The host was always responsive and helpful. Street parking available. Clean. Lots to do nearby. A little small but perfect for the right situation.

Location. Location. Location. Walking distance to Sunset Cliffs is something special. Having the option to just go at any time of day, or night, in fog, bright sun - is priceless. The studio was a great base of operations for us with a comfy bed and nice strong shower. We’ll be coming back again because the value was almost as great as the view. We highly recommend.
