- Please inform us in advance if you will be needing the Air Mattress.

- Early check-in & late check-out is allowed but for approval. There is $25 charge per hour.

- Just complete your rental agreement and agree to house rules.

- ID verification

- A simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. If your Air BNB we Can waive this.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver, as this will protect you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
