Just one mile downhill to the Ocean and .8 miles to San Diego's Scenic Bay Front and 10 mins to Sea World, Shopping and Downtown San Diego. The home features a cozy private living room, a large open, great room with a chef's kitchen, and an original 1950s wet bar with a wine fridge, a large private, fenced yard- with large grass area, fire-pit, basketball net, and volleyball set... perfect for get-togethers. 5 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 3 full beds, this gorgeous property is perfect for larger groups.
