Mission Bay View Home

Summary:
Amazing 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home in Bay Park. Beautiful views of Mission Bay and the Pacific from the deck. Centrally located; literally 15 minutes to just about every place in San Diego worth visiting. 10 minutes to Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach or La Jolla.

The Space:
This home was recently updated with new appliances, new flooring, and new countertops. The living room is large and opens to the spacious back yard. Plenty of living room seating with a large Love Sac sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all that you need to entertain and cook in. We have king-sized beds in each and every bedroom. We added mini-split heat/AC units to each room of the house as well. Outside there is a second story deck with fantastic views of Mission Bay and the beaches. Morning coffee and sunset drinks have never been better!

Guest Access:
This is a single-family residence. However, we live just across the street should you need anything at all.

The Neighborhood:
Bay Park is a very quiet area to vacation in San Diego. It is perfectly centrally located and just about any and all tourist attractions can be reached in 15 minutes or less by car.

Getting Around:
A car is pretty much a standard requirement when visiting San Diego; however, if you wish to forgo renting a car this home is located a 5 minute walk from the recently added Bay Park Trolley station that covers much of San Diego.

Other Things to Note:
If you wish to bring a dog, please note that there will be an additional $100 pet fee that is due at check in or that can be added to the reservation. We do not host any other types of pets.

Quiet neighborhood, excellent AC, great location, and Aaron was communicative and provided excellent customer service. We stayed for over a week and it worked out perfectly. Our only issue was that one Saturday, someone wanted us to move the car that was parked in the driveway so they could get into the garage. They notified us of this by banging on the bedroom window. We were inside and asleep so this was a terrifying way to wake up. An email or text request or warning would have been preferable, or if access was urgent, a knock on the front door instead of the bedroom window.

Great location for visiting San Diego

The location was very central and easy to get to beaches, La Jolla, the zoo, Petco Park, Seaport Village, the USS Midway Museum, and of course Mission Bay! We could see Seaworld’s nightly fireworks and the sunsets from the backyard.

Yuck!

The carpets in the living area were stained and dirty. the floor turned our socks black. There were stains on the bedding, shower was not clean; had hairs in it. The first bedroom had dirty sheets with stains. Hot tub worked good but poor location; up against a fence for all the neighbors could see in. Poor ventilation in maser bedroom, small window wit condensation and it is dark. Did not spend time upstairs on the patio because neighbors dogs bark at you constantly

Great spot!

Firstly, Aaron was very helpful throughout this whole experience from start to finish! He stayed in communication with me when we had plans change and helped make our stay very easy! We showed up and had no issues with getting in or the directions. The home was very clean. King size beds were great and very comfortable with nice sheets and blankets. The only comment was there is a smell possibly from pets in the living room. Possibly a good upholstery and carpet cleaning? Other than that it was perfect! It’s also very centrally located to things we were doing. Thank you!

Beds are comfortable. Location is good. Close to downtown, airport, SeaWorld, beaches, freeways, restaurants etc.

By the bay

Our stay was for four nights, and we took in Seaworld and the beach, shopping in La Jolla and San Diego zoo. The property was clean, good location for what we wanted to do. The few issues we had were taken care of immediately and we appreciated that. The beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have the yard and upper deck a little more inviting. Not a complaint at all just a suggestion.

Perfect location

Good but dog hair everywhere

My baby was crawling around the house and her clothes was full of dog hair. My son is allergic to dog hairs and had a bad allergic reaction to them. Other than the hairs I would say the property and location are good.

Great for Kids

We enjoyed our stay. The beds are really comfy and the living room was cozy for family time. My kids loved playing in the backyard. A sitting area out back and a grill would be nice however - those seemed to be missing from the photos.
