"Exactly the location and size space we needed for our family of 5 and service dog. Shower and sink did not drain well so fast showers were needed. Being walking distance to the dog beach was ideal, with a nice view from the balcony. If planning on using the kitchenette will need to bring your own utensils, dish ware etc. Make sure to get breakfast at the benedict, and order ahead or plan to wait- but it is WORTH IT. Would stay again if we were in the area."

"We loved the Inn at Sunset Cliffs! The location is right on the ocean, with local businesses nearby. The inner courtyard of the Inn was gorgeous with all of the flowers and plants. Our room was a great size, very clean, and even had a microwave and mid-size refrigerator. The staff were all so friendly and helpful! When we return to San Diego, we will definitely stay there again!"

"Location is a benefit for this hotel. Room was clean but a little dated. A window was cracked the length of the window. Notified front desk and they were aware of it but not sure when they plan to repair. Place was quiet and the staff was helpful. Continental breakfast has limited options. We stay in San Diego about three times a year and like staying at different places. Looking forward to next stay but pretty sure it will not be at this hotel."

They are allowed to switch room spec under Expedia T&C, but did not make me aware of this until I'd been in 2 very poorly-maintained inadequate rooms.
