Casita Rustica was meticulously designed to give guests a private and relaxing retreat so enjoyable you may have a hard time getting out to enjoy the city. Our location is close to 163 and major tourist attractions are a mere 10 min away. Including the world famous San Diego zoo, seaworld, beaches. Waterfront, and the Gaslamp district. The Casita is equipped with modern amenities to improve your experience such as dimming lights, keyless entry, A/C , heat and built in-ceiling speakers for relaxing music or for getting into the mood for a night out on the town while getting ready. Inside the casita you will also find a full kitchen with all the tools to keep you cooking great ingredients that make great food. Outside the Casita you will find a patio with a lounge area great for reading relaxing in the sun or just a place to grab some fresh air. Taste of Living in San Diego
This trip to San Diego was partly for checking out the neighborhoods and real estate as I am planning to move to SD. The casita was the perfect way to see what living in one of the neighborhoods is really like abd check-in/out was very easy. Aside from a few evenings with hearing a few dogs in the area barking for hours, it was quiet and restful. The only things I wish the kitchen had were bakeware (I had planned on baking when I saw the oven) and lids for the pots and pans provided. It also would have been nice to have some blackout curtains in the bedroom as I am someone who wakes with the sun so it's hard to sleep once the sun is up. Everything else was exactly what I needed. Although it is small, it is just the right size for one or two people and there were many welcoming touches that make you feel at home.
