    Other things to note
    Neighborhood Disclaimer:

Our home is located in Logan Heights, a vibrant and diverse working-class neighborhood in San Diego. While the area is not dangerous, it does have an urban feel and may not be what some guests are used to if they’re expecting a more polished or touristy environment. We encourage guests to come with an open mind and appreciation for the local culture and community. If you have specific questions or concerns, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Please note that the neighbor's lot, that is not part of the main property, is undergoing a construction project that will begin in November 2025. The work is typically Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm. While the home itself remains a peaceful retreat, some daytime noise may be audible. We want to ensure you're fully informed and can plan accordingly. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!

We stayed for a few days the house was nice and clean well stocked with kitchen essentials and the beds were comfortable. We loved the quiet peaceful neighborhood and the quick 5 min to the beach was perfect! Highly recommended and we would absolutely stay here again!

This place is a fixed up comfortable & importantly affordable. While there was only 1 bathroom we made it work, again very good price. More than ample supplies I even did a load of wash, everything needed was there including kitchen tools. Easily accessible to airport, MCRD San Diego, and downtown. Incredible effective AC units.
