"We are from the United States. This home was perfect for our family. It is very clean and has everything we needed. Location is a manageable 10 minute walk to train station which was very important to us. Bolognia is central to several other cities in Italy that we wanted to visit. Each day, we just hopped on train to another city and came "home" each evening. Grocery store is within two blocks. Coffee shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. Safety did not appear to be an issue...

"Nice and clean apartment on the 5th floor with an elevator Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Bathrooms were clean and spacious as well, and soap and shampoo were provided. It was nice to have a washer in the kitchen to wash clothing. "Close to train station and amenities. Apartment was clean and the girl who met us with the keys was lovely and patient as our flight was an hour late. She explained everything in the apartment. There were a few maintenance issues in the apartment when we arrived and somebody came to fix these the following day. There were a few other little things like the kitchen tap was loose and the shower head leaked which are small things but repairing them would make a difference. "

"This home was perfect for my family of 4 (husband, twin 22 yr old daughters, and myself). It was a short taxi drive from the train station, and only 10 euros for all of us and our luggage. It is on the second floor. The neighborhood was quiet, but a close walk to just about anything you would need and it was nice to walk off all the food we ate! The air-conditioning worked great even though it was pretty hot and humid outside! Plenty of room in the unit with a bed upstairs & pullout couch...

"In general: good location, walking distance to the central and the city centre. View over the orange/terracotta rooftops of Bologna from the windows. However, some cons to be mentioned: we struggled with reaching the responsible person for the check in which caused stress. When we arrived, the accommodation was not cleaned properly and the linens and towels were dirty. Both the laundry machine and the AC did not work properly. And in addition, the electricity went off. "Perfect position for centre of Modena. The apartment is very small and well appointed, it has everything needed for a short stay. Bed is comfortable and it is a good place for a good night sleep as it is very quiet. "I expected to have booked a hotel. Without an Italian SIM card it was impossible to communicate. The instructions to find the key lockbox were very strange. Without the help of a local resident it would have been impossible to gain access. We wasted hours of valuable vacation time. It was very stressful until we finally were able to enter. "

Lovely close to airport 1 night stay.
"Stayed here for 1 night as had a very late night flight arrival. Was sent a door code to get into the hotel and keys were left, which was a really quick and easy process. 7/8min journey from airport and was around €18. Hotel was so lovely and room was clean! Beds were comfortable and exrta pillows were in the wardrobe if needed. Well stocked minibar (pay at checkout) and lovely traditional italian breakfast!! The pastries were amazing!! Woukd definitely stay here again."
