"As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. When we called her again a little later first she wouldn’t pick up, then proceeded to yell at us. At this point we just left the apartment and checked into a different hotel. "Great location for experiencing one of the great food areas of the world and a short drive to some wonderful small cities and experiences. host was very helpful and responsive to all needs. Please remember this is a working farm surrounded by other farms and hard working people and is an a authentic experience than staying in a hotel."

"The first and biggest problem is that the apartment smelt like a sewer and the smell became worse by the day. On top of that, it was so damp that my clothes were moist. The aircon didn’t work. This was a problem in March when it wasn’t even 15 degrees so must be hell in the summer. The TV didn’t work either. Very, very basic amenities and stupid things like an iron but no ironing board. "Cute, clean place to stay. The street can be a little loud at night but that's only because of the active nightlife. Parking is challenging in this neighborhood so keep that in mind if you're renting a car. "
