"Lovely place, however there were many issues dealing with the front desk staff. They were lacking in knowledge of the property and handling the needs of the guests. Our room Wifi issues were met with excuses and "just go to the lounge". They said we could book the a la carte restaurant as part of our package, but it had been closed for some time. The maintenance , bar and especially the buffet staff were exceptional! The adults only serve-yourself lounge was a great place to hangout. The shows...

"Nice, very quiet chilled hotel however feel it’s more based on the residents who own apartments there due to no speakers/music round the pool, no smoking other than a tiny little circle behind the pool bar, couldnt fault the actual rooms in the hotel they was lovely and clean, just could do with being updated as the pool area looks like it has had money spent on it where as the rooms are still very dated, great week away just could do with more of a “vibe” "

"Very nice hotel , great reception . Only minor complaints are bar noise from across the way till about 1 AM and the garbage bin noise starting at 7 AM. Not hotel fault as we benefitted from Ocean view , so street side . "
