"Great for a family"

"This boutique hotel was beautiful and in a great central area. The staff were amazing and very friendly. My only recommendation is that the bed sheets be switched out, my sheets had stains and some of the people I traveled with mentioned their sheets had stains as well. Also, there was a lot of hair on my bed. Other than that this hotel was great. I loved the pool area. My margaritas were amazing. I wasn’t too fond of the breakfast selection but it got me through. "

"Amazing property, history and arquitecture, however the service was not the best, i was there 5 years ago with my husband and the service was outstanding compare to this time around. Sadly, it has left me with a disappointing feeling as this is an outstanding hotel. Please ask foe late check out and they informed me that we were OK to stay until 1 PM. However, they keep pressuring my dad to leave at noon the room and told him that he was past his check out time, really rudely and he was going to get charged. Also, we were supposed to do the tour of the hotel at 5 PM and the tour guy showed up at 5:30 and he was completely unprepared and didnt really know much of the history of the hotel. Definitely the service is not as it used to be.."

"I stayed here twice on my trip to colombia and absolutely loved it. The staff, the owners, the breakfast, the cleanliness, value, location, amenities, even the decor, everything!!! Highly recommend if your coming to cartagena. Each room is decorated uniquely and such a lovely hotel with lots of plants. Has a little pool and rooftop terrace. Just book it. The owners are soo friendly and accommodating as well as the staff."

"This was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. My best friend and I are pretty particular, and we had zero complaints the entire stay. Service: The staff really went above and beyond—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with anything we needed. Special shoutout to the rooftop pool attendant (his name starts with a “C”), the bellhop Callio, and the manager Victoria Maria. Room: The room was nice and super comfortable. Only thing—I wish the lighting was a little brighter. Ladies, if you’re doing makeup, definitely bring a vanity mirror. Location: The location is perfect. We walked to the Walled City, Getsemaní, San Felipe Fort, and even the mall. Everything is super close and convenient. They also have complimentary breakfast (the pastries are so good), and there was live music at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again."
