"We had a lovely stay at Occidental Roca Negra. The hotel is peaceful with beautiful, quiet surroundings—perfect for relaxing. "The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great! But what really got me was the kind gentleman who checked us in. I asked for a couple of extra coffee pods for the morning and he showed up to our room a little bit later with a bunch of them. Just really great service, with a friendly attitude. The woman checking us in for breakfast was the same -- very personable and very helpful!! So the hotel was good -- the staff was excellent."
