"Amazing stay. The staff is wonderful! Location is a walk distance to main attractions in Rome. The foor at Ambrosia was not the best we had in Rome but the breakfast was excellent. Our first impression when we got to the lobby was the desk and main entrance looks rundown but everything else was fantastic. I can definitely recommend staying at Artemide."

"Location was excellent, lots of transportation close by available bus, train into Rome (3 stops), train or bus to metro. Room was excellent separate bedroom, great kitchen, bath, free laundry room (laundry soap), amenities (shampoo/conditioner, soap, lotion). Air conditioning so good, it was very hot!! Clean to infinity! Not in central Trastevere and a short bus to get there. Would recommend if you want to get back from Rome to rest it’s a bit of a jaunt back and forth so we planned accordingly. Would definitely recommend."

"Room is small but adequate..... shower was very small and shower door didn't close properly. Location was fantastic! Breakfast was good and convenient. Staff was helpful. Taxi stand outside of hotel and only $150 + tip to cruise terminal and right to the cruise ship ... hotel service was $220 plus tip and they said a taxi would only take us to the gates. Would most likely stay again!"

"citizenM Rome Isola Tiberina is great and just across Trastevere a short walk over the bridge, so you get its food and nightlife whenever you want them and quiet when you come back. Campo de' Fiori, Largo Argentina and the Pantheon are all easy walks, and we covered most of the historic center on foot. The rooms are compact by design but genuinely well thought out — we never felt cramped. Lights, blinds, climate and the TV all run from a tablet by the bed, which sounds like a gimmick and turns out to be the opposite once you've used it for a day. The blackout blinds work properly and kept me well rested. Breakfast was excellent too. What lifted the stay, though, was the team. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and genuinely helpful, and Roxana, Simona and Sofia deserve a particular mention — attentive without ever being intrusive, and happy to help with anything we asked. Modern, well run, brilliantly located, and staffed by people who clearly care. We'd book it again without hesitating."

"We stayed here for three nights and this is so central to all the main monuments! We were able to walk everywhere without a problem and come back to take breaks throughout the day. One think I really really appreciate is how strong the AC was!! We were so appreciative every time we would come back to the hotel after being out in the scorching heat. The staff were super helpful and rooms were nice and clean."

"This hotel was recommended to us by a relative who travels globally, and we were very pleased with our stay. The approach via taxi from the train station was a little intimidating from all the graffitti everywhere, but we quickly realized that this is the norm in Rome. Front desk staff were amazing, the rooms are clean and tidy, coffee in the lobby is a joy and reasonably priced, and the rooftop bar is quite nice. The loaction was the best surprise, and moving foward, we would always stay here and in the Trastavere area. So many fantastic streets, shops and places to dine all day long. Don't think we took the same route to and from the main attractions twice over a three day stay. Definitely recommend staying here. We are two happy Canadians!"
