The staff was above and beyond amazing. They really made the hotel a wonderful place to stay. Every single person that worked there was kind helpful and hospitable. We were completely spoiled. And appreciate all of them. The rooms were very nice. We were happy. There was some noise in the alley at night, but it didn’t bother us. We would stay here again.

Amazing stay at Hotel Chapter Roma. They upgraded us to a better room upon arrival, brought our luggage up to the room, the staff brought us personally to the room to show us its features and then came with two glasses of Prosecco and a personal welcome note. The staff were friendly throughout the entire stay, the rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is great. And the overall atmosphere of the hotel is amazing. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Rome.

The hotel is in a perfectl location! It’s close to all the sites and also some incredible restaurants. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful which was appreciated. There is a great restaurant in the hotel as well!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were great and organized restaurants and taxi to airport and made recommendations. We stayed for two nights and came back again at the end of our trip. They allowed us to store extra bags and had them in the room waiting for us when we returned. Good location to near Trastevere for restaurants and about 20 mins from Trevi Fountain and Pantheon
