"The security in this hotel is excellent. When I went to dinner, I left my bag which had my Passport, money, identification, everything, in the lobby. Their security cameras picked that up and the hotel receptionist took the bag and held it for me until I came back 15 minutes later when I realized I had left it!! The room itself was very comfortable. The bed was firm.. The shower and the water pressure were perfect. The air conditioner was easy to operate. I was able to get cappuccino at the front desk every morning although breakfast is available if you wanted it. They were extremely helpful in giving us directions to facilitate our parking. Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. And the location was excellent. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. "

"At first there was some misundestanding/communication with the host. Before the arrival everything got clear. The host sent proper info for check-in and out in english. Everything went well with that. My room was nice and clear.It wasnt on the river/street side. Suite me well, more quiet. Also other guests behaved very respectfully and quietly. Complimentary from the host there was free coffee,tea, water bottle and a small juice. 2 bathrooms were well equiped - shampoo, showergel, toothpaste,hairdryers. Good location. Caring host. Grazie 🙂 "
