A craft of wine in the room on arrival, which was a nice touch. We had a little veranda to sit out on. Great clear instructions on how to use the key safe on arrival. Owner also ordered our taxi for going back to the airport. Would highly recommend."

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"
