"Meliá resort was a beautiful place with all that you need in one spot. The ocean view balconies were fabulous! The beach and pool were fantastic for our family. The staff were all so kind. Karen our server at mole and tacos every morning remembered all of our drink orders and immediately brought them out. She was so sweet to our boys too. Kids Club staff were also very sweet and made our boys feel at home. My sons said it was the best daycare yet! "

"I recently stayed at Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa and unfortunately the experience did not match the expectations of an adults-only resort. While the property is marketed as adults only, it shares facilities with Dreams Resort, and there were kids throughout many of the common areas. This made it feel less like a true adults-only getaway. The service at the lobby was also disappointing. Staff often didn’t know basic information such as opening and closing times for restaurants and amenities. The concierge team was disorganized and not very helpful, especially when trying to reserve cabanas or follow up on a lost-and-found request. Another downside was that for an adults-only resort, the beach and pools closed at 7 PM every night, which limited evening relaxation options. That said, the highlight of the stay was the hardworking staff on the ground. The bartenders, servers, housekeeping, and maintenance teams were excellent. They were attentive, friendly, and consistently greeted guests, which made the experience much more pleasant. Their effort and professionalism were the most positive part of the trip."

"Experiencia muy decepcionante y lejos de justificar el precio. Llegamos puntuales al check-in y desde el inicio hubo insistencia incómoda para asistir a un “desayuno” promocional. A los 30 minutos intentamos reservar cena y ya no había disponibilidad. En el restaurante, de 4 platillos, 2 no estaban disponibles y faltaban básicos como papas a la francesa y aguacate. La calidad de alimentos, muy baja. Para cerrar, el balcón estaba sucio, con muebles llenos de excremento de palomas, evidenciando falta de limpieza por días. En general, pésima experiencia y muy mala relación calidad-precio. No lo recomendaría. Hay mejores opciones por casi el mismo precio."

"The Good: good was great oddly enough at the buffet. Enough places to sit by the beach at all times. Great entertainment. The Bad: showers were never warm enough, AC was loud, cannot make reservations for any specialty restaurant, we decided to try the steak house, waited 45mins until the restaurant opened. I would not recommend this restaurant. Food is subpar. Overall a solid 4/5"

"Asked for the housekeeping and they responded what do you need? Too difficult to navigate since the rooms are on the top of the mountain while reataurants are near the bottom where lobby is. Many staffs don't speak English nor care to help. Foods are subpar. "
