I loved the hotel — the location is top notch! It’s very convenient and in a great area. However, there were a few things I wasn’t satisfied with. On our first night, the room we were given wasn’t clean — the bed wasn’t made and there were dirty towels. We went back to the front desk, and after about 30 minutes, the receptionist gave us a different room. The hotel is located in Chinatown, so it can be a bit noisy at night. If you’re sensitive to noise, I recommend bringing earplugs for a better night’s sleep. Other than that, everything else was great.

This place is clean, secure and an excellent value. Other hotels charge for parking, but these guys don't which is a huge economic value. Rooms are clean, up to date. Water is hot, doors lock and the bed is comfy. Would definitely return if I'm in the area.

Check-in was very easy and fast, which was great after a long drive. I stayed in a king room with a balcony, and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, comfort of the bed, and the room amenities. The balcony had a beautiful street view, and being on the 5th floor made it even better and more enjoyable, especially in the evening. The hotel location is a big plus. It is very close to Grant Avenue — on one side, you have easy access to European-style cafes and restaurants, and on the other side, you are right next to Chinatown with local shops and great food. Union Square is also nearby, about a 20-minute walk, which made sightseeing very convenient. Another huge advantage was the free parking, which is rare in San Francisco. Combined with the very reasonable prices, this hotel made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely stay here again when visiting San Francisco.

This property wasn’t a very convenient location and walkable to all the tourist areas. Although the property is a little bit dated, it was very clean and in a very safe area in the heart of Chinatown with many dining options in the area. The beds were a little bit uncomfortable, but the shower was great with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in San Francisco the free parking was a definite bonus to this property.
