Parking was tight but worked well, staff was beyond helpful and clean location. If they had a one and only complaint the TV was a pain to figure out to watch but was able to. Great location very close to everything felt safe. Great hidden gem for the price

The room was modern and very clean, impressed as soon as I walked in! You can tell the owner takes great care in the comfort of his guests! He was very helpful and it was convenient that there was parking at the property and also air conditioning which is rare in San Francisco! We were very close to the Palace of Fine Arts and Chestnut Street which has many restaurants and bars! We were on the third floor facing the street which can be noisy at times but overall we had a very pleasant stay !

Check in was easy and was nice location next to lots of restaurants and stores. Free parking but limited to you can hope to get a spot when you arrive. Had a nice little terrace area up top. Bathrooms had barn door style closing

The room that I’ve used was pretty clean and the time spent was nice, nothing outstanding but is satisfactory. There are some areas that have noticeable damage—floors, mirror, and wall—but the areas are marked so it well not effect the security deposit. Parking is a little limited and tight, but the parking is within the inn, which makes it convenient. We didn’t visit the shops nearby but the inn is near the Palace of Fine Arts, which would be nice to visit if spare time would allow. The staff that helped is super nice and helpful.

This entire trip was amazing and so nice to return to a beautifully updated place to lay my head at night. I really enjoyed the spacious rooftop outdoor sitting area. The manager, cleaning staff, and everyone in interacted with were amazing. My partner and his mom were with us and we all agree we will definitely be back to stay at the Signature Inn. It is also centrally located in an amazing spot not far from the Palace of Fine Arts, Golden Gate, and amazing food! I cannot wait for the next stay at the Signature Inn. Thank you so much for all of your help and for going above and beyond!

If you want a great location for a great price and super easy parking then this is the place for you. If you like luxuries or basic amenities at a hotel this is not the place for you. The design is terrible, the shower sprays everywhere all over the toilet and floor. The pillows are uncomfortable, the floors are dirty, there’s only overhead lighting, the one singular lamp in our room didn’t work. You definitely get what you pay for. If you’re not going to be at the hotel at all and want a cheap place for a good price then this will work for you.

This was a perfect place for a few nights during various activities we were engaged with in the Marina District. All we needed was a good bed and clean shower. This place hit the mark. The only thing they could improve is power washing the walkways to the rooms and replacing the door mats to better reflect the overall clean nature of the rooms themselves.

Staff and service were excellent; super kind and helpful! Location-wise this spot is a 10/10 and the free on-site parking is a great amenity. The only minor issue I had was specific to my room. The tv console / power strips were making a humming noise that didn’t stop during our stay. I’d assume that this wasn’t a typical thing with their rooms. Overall, a great experience and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay!
