"This home was perfect for three adult women to use as a base to see the Huntington Garden in San Marino. It was safe, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The beds (two doubles and two twins in three bedrooms) were comfortable with cozy linens. The kitchen was spotless, well equipped and stocked with the basics. "The home was very clean. The location was great being near all the areas we wanted. Host very attentive and quick responses. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Air conditioning worked great. Strange that both showers located in tubs only had one side of a shower door, which made it either cold while showering or allowed water to escape to floor. All beds and couch were low, so for a person with knee issues it was hard getting up and down. Especially when our whole family is over 6 feet...

"Great house and exactly as advertised. Was concerned with the proximity of the ADU and inhabitants but was no issue at all. Never heard or saw anyone or anything. We would absolutely stay here again. One suggestion - change the curtains in the rear & middle bedrooms to allow them to close. They were VERY bright through the night."
