Fabulous Apartment in the Historic Center

  • It consists of two bedrooms, one double with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed. A large beautiful living room with fireplace. And a bathroom with shower. The apartment overlooks Piazza Sant'Agostino and is inside the Medieval walls. It is 300 meters from the car park. The entire town can be explored on foot and the many things to see are just a short distance away. From San Gimignano you can travel by car and reach Siena in 30 minutes. With 35 you arrive in Florence. With 25 you go to see Volterra. perfect location to see the best cities of Tuscany and Chianti.

Best apartment in San Gimignano

Amazing views, spacious, excellent location. Paolo went over and above as a host - even picked us up from train station because no taxis were available. Loved the layout, everything about our stay here was magical.

Beautiful and very comfortable

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in San Gimignano. The place was very comfortable. The town itself is absolutely charming, and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Tuscan region—easy to reach and well connected. Communication with Paolo was excellent; he was very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this place!

Great spot in a beautiful little town

This apartment is in a beautiful quiet piazza. It is spacious and very comfortable. The dining table is huge and perfect for a quiet dinner at “home”. Also very easy to get to Chiant and the Val D’Orcia wine regions from here.

Beautiful Apartment

We had a great, albeit brief, stay in S.G. The apartment perfectly located just inside the city walls immediately next to one of the main churches. Apartment was perfect for a family of 5 with kids aged 10-16.

Perfect Location

We were looking to stay in San Gimignano and staying inside the walls and next to the Piazza was ideal. The apartment was the perfect location to absorb the city and not have to leave. It was exactly as pictured and a very authentic Tuscan home. Paolo was available with parking instructions and any questions we had. We look forward to staying again in the future.

San Gimignano ~ Fantastic Accommodation

Upon arriving in San Gimignano we were overwhelmed with the beauty of the town and scenery. Spectacular is truly an understatement. The accommodation, true to the listing details, is equally charming, cozy and quaint within the historic walls of San Gimignano. The apartments proximity to everything allowed us to fully enjoy everything about San Gimignano. Our host, Paolo Rubechini, provided incredibly prompt and clear answers to our questions. While parking is not directly at the apartment, it is only a short walk away, and the provision of a parking pass assisted greatly. Note; Parking pass and local tourist fees are incremental and quite reasonable. We highly recommend this property, and look forward to a return to San Gimignano in the future. Thank you Paolo!

Some Improvement Needed

The location is good but it is above a neighbourhood restaurant and the ambiant noise was an issue. The apt has not air conditioning and so closing the windows was not an option. The floors were swept clean but they need to be mopped in the bedrooms. The beds were ok, but could be replaced. The bathroom was fine but it is up some stairs. I suggest a night light so you dont trip in the dark. A second set of keys would have been great right from the start as we got locked out. Overall good location and very helpful manager.

Tolle Wohnung mit tollem Gastgeber in perfekter Lage in einem Traumort der Toskana. Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, einfach, schnell und hilfsbereit. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Abwicklung lief reibungslos. Great apartment with a wonderful host in a perfect location in a dream destination in Tuscany. Communication was very friendly, easy, fast, and helpful. nice spacious place in san gimignano

away from busy area but close to everything. No air conditioning but we were comfortable with fans during our stay early June. Good restaurant below us & cafe/gelato place just around the corner for croissant & capuccino in morning. Host very helpful&responsive to our needs & questions

Superb location

The location of the apt is wonderful, overlooking the more quiet historical piazza of Sant’Agostino with its incredibly church. The apt. itself is modest but clean and pleasant. From our experience with VRBO and the like, we did expect jus a bit nore supplies —- even if these aren’t listed they’re almost always offered and it’s important when you arrive and shops might be closed, for instance some tea and coffee etc. but generally this is good value in the heart of Tuscany. .

Top Urlaubsziel

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Das Appartement liegt im Herzen von San Giminiano. In 5-10 können alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt erreicht werden. Die einzigen zwei kleineren Mankos sind die nicht ideal ausgestattete Küche (großes Brett, Messer usw für ein richtiges Essen) und die Kirche nebenan, die bereits ab 7 Uhr täglich läutet. Wer nicht kochen will hat um das Appartement herum wunderbare Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful Apartment located inside the walled city.

This is a great apartment located inside the walled city. It was close to parking and stores for everything you could need. The apartment has two large bedrooms and a very nice bathroom. The location is in the north end of town. If you want to stay inside the city and just walk this is the place to go.

The property was well located clean and homely. Very close to all amenities of San gimigniano and near the bus stop which we found wonderful. Paolo was very attentive and welcomed us warmly. A wonderful stay.
