Overall great. It was a bit colder when we went. I wish they put heat lamps in outside seating areas in the evenings. I did ask and they put one but it needed time to heat up. But other than that - amazing stay!

This is a beautiful hotel just outside Florence. It is about 15-20 minutes from the main city of Florence but it is worth the drive if you looking for a peaceful relaxing quiet hotel. Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. The place is very clean and quiet. It is in an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe to walk around. Their staff are very friendly and very service oriented. Breakfast was faboulous. The only thing is, it is a little further away from the city. Need a taxi to go anywhere but the taxi is also readily available and staff will call them for us. Wait time is very short usually less than 10 minutes.

If you are planning to visit Florence, this is the hotel you should book! It won't let you down. Your Florence stay will be brilliant and memorable. I booked this hotel after read someone's comment. As I learned, the location is a bit far from the center of city. Even so, it is still worth to stay at this hotel. If you take a taxi, it costs 10 euro from/to hotel approxilately. For money savers, taking a bus #14 just for 2 euro may be suitable. The bus stop for #14 is only 2 blocks walk...

Wonderful stay. We have stayed in other hotels on our many trips to Florence but now, the Pendini will always be our choice in Florence.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.

The hotel is set in a wonderful location and everyone working here is so kind. Our room overlooked Siena and the view was stunning. Our breakfast each morning was delicious as well. We would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful location and stay however both nights (on opposite ends of the week) with two different rooms..the shower flooded the room.

Staff incredibly helpful and accommodating. Gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Free breakfast offered a delicious array of dishes

Great hotel

Kiara was wonderful from start to finish. The staff are welcoming and so very cordial. She even upgraded my room. The property itself is gorgeous with lots of space. I appreciated the unique touches of this property. Breakfast was also very nice to have in their restaurant which has a very lovely skylight, perfect way to spend a slow morning on vacation. Beautiful attached rooms - great location near restaurants and quick walk to the river and Uffizi museum. BEST breakfast on our entire trip!!

A fan of this hotel since my first visit in 2000. Only steps from the train station and walking distance to Everything! Rooftop sitting areas are enchanting with the best views! Highly recommend.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel while visiting Florence. So close to EVERYTHING! Clean, affordable. Just book it!
