Bright 7th floor located in the Development Playa Príncipe, km 11,5, with beautiful sea views, it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.CURRENTLY, THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW BUILDING IS TAKIING PLACE IN THE AREA, WHICH MAY LEAD TO NOISE DURING WORKING HOURS AND WEEKDAYS.The ample living room has a dining area, a comfy seating area with a sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two kids), a new Smart TV and access onto a lovely terrace with views over the Mar Menor sea, perfect to enjoy the unique sunsets.The main bedroom has a double bed, its own private terrace and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower; the second bedroom has twin beds and a balcony overlooking the Mar Menor sea. There is a family bathroom with bathtub and an independent fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and galley area with washing machine.The whole apartment is equipped with new aircon units and high speed internet with fibre optic.Playa Príncipe is one of the most valued developments in La Manga, because of its location and quality, and has a lovely front line pool that is normally open from May to October. 2023 open from May to the 15th of October.Located very close to the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to who a streetmarket takes place every Saturday morning.Less than 5 minutes walking distance there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...Enjoy the unique white sand beach located right in front of the development!A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. If you'd like to book with this rate, please, do not hesitate to contact us, or just mention it in the section "comments" and we'll change the price and the cancellation policy.Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay).Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed.
