"The unit is in a beautiful location. Very easy to find and communication was great. It was peaceful and clean.The photos provided are very accurate. That being said we were the only ones on the property. This unit is attached to the main house which is very large. I am doubtful that the unit would be quiet if the main house was occupied. Another note if you examine the photos the bathroom and living room are 2 steps up which is not a huge problem but if anyone has mobility issues or frequently...

"We rented the unit for ourselves and two family members who all flew to California for a funeral. Hosts were very accommodating when we had an extra out-of-town family member decide to also fly in for the funeral unexpectedly.We just messaged them and let them know. The unit was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The location was great for us. It was fantastic to be able to walk to the grocery store. We would stay there again."

"The place was filthy. cockroach’s. Bugs in fridge. Food particles left on counter and microwave. Bathroom sink not cleaned. No toilet paper, no bedding for pull-out couch, no hand towels, one rag and one dish towel. Glasses and cups were filthy from sitting in the open so long. Table could not be used because any weight causes it to tilt over. Bathroom has nowhere to put you toiletries. The owner responded quick, but they couldn’t get toilet paper right away so we had to buy some. Then we had to...

While we did not have any time to use the outdoor amenities during our stay, the host had created a beautiful oasis for guests to relax in (hot tub, pool, picnic table with misters, lawn chairs, and fire pit!) "Upon check in at this property, there were signs of a cockroach infestation and a live cockroach was seen in the kitchen. The apartment also was not clean. I chose not to stay at the property due to concerns over safety and cleanliness and the "owner" Jasmine only refunded a portion of the rental fee.
