"The room Is in bad condition… the furniture was broken and stained, and the bathroom had mold on the walls."

"First, our room was nice, clean and roomy, beds were comfortable and shower good. But now, this place needs some renovations. The check-in counter has chipsand old, carpets seem old. The whole hotel needs some TLC. Didn’t find any security around and there was some kind of rude bike club. At 10pm when we arrived, a bunch of bikes, were just outside the check-in area outside, diving their engines, playing music as loud as can be, just a very uncomfortable situation. Starting at 6am, people started leaving their rooms and when their door shut, it was so loud you’d nearly jump out of bed. Oh, and DoubleTree not having their cookies? What a shame, those could have made it a little sweeter. I do have to say, the poor guy at the check-in counter, Bryan, was very nice. "

"Checked in and to a room that was occupied. Thankfully nobody was in it at the time. Long walk back to get another room and walked the long way back to a different room. Then the tv didn’t work so I had to call the front desk for help. This morning the hair dryer didn’t work so I called the front desk and was told she would try to find one. Never did so I had to go to the airport with wet hair. Pictures of the hotel are a lot better online than they really are. The place needs some work. Won’t stay there again. "
