"The property was very clean, 15-20 min from downtown SF, had a lot of amenities, and was in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The steep hills were hard to park on but there is plenty of parking on other streets. The back patio is shared with other people and includes the washing machine and a propane fire-pit. The inside of the property was very cozy and had plenty of space, although the furniture can be a bit stiff Our hosts were very friendly and had great communication during our stay. "

"The unit‘s I set up very nicely, and the views unique. For our purposes, with three couples and a infant with the need to set up in Bernal Heights neighborhood-it was perfect.Call communication was good and everything in the building exceeded expectations."

"Overall is fine, the smell in the house is bad, like very very old carpet. Also, the property should replace cookware and glassware. It’s just unacceptable for this money. All old and badly scratched, only one pan and in terrible condition, we couldn’t use it! The beds are clean and nice. It could use a remodeling, or at least a deep cleaning. "

"The home is comfortable, clean, and a very good value. Ravi is an excellent host, and went out of his way to make the stay comfortable and easy. The Portrero Hill location is quiet and safe, with lots of restaurants and markets steps away. All 4 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with large windows in each, and the kitchen is well equipped I highly recommend this property!"

"Our experience at 75 Montcalm was incredible! The space was vast with modern design details providing a cool comfortable living space during our roughly two month stay. The place is fully equipped with all standard needs of a home and more. The sleek electrical stove and oven were easy to learn (with some trial and error being used to old school norms,) along with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and more. Having an outdoor deck and laundry unit included was a wonderful treat....

"I stayed for a few days on a work trip. The apartment is newly renovated — 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchenette area with mini fridge, microwave, teapot and nespresso. High end decor, a comfortable bed and large shower. I appreciated the quality paper products. You enter through a common laundry area and the bedroom window looks into a courtyard so the room is very quiet. Good restaurants nearby. "
