I then received constant emails and text messages to fill out the form I already completed. "Cute basement apartment in downtown San Jose. The owners were friendly and accommodating so was their dog). Booked for attending an event at the convention center. The convention center was pretty easy to get to in about 10 minutes. Beds are firm, kitchen has what’s needed for cooking, the shower is a good size, and it was easy to connect to WiFi. The price was great compared to the hotels in downtown San Jose and the apartment is much larger than just a hotel room."

"The property is nice. It was on the San Jose Square side. We stayed Wednesday-Monday. Thursday-Saturday nights there was music played at the square from around 9:00 PM until 3:00 AM. (Friday night was the loudest and longest) if the night life isn’t your scene, I wouldn’t suggest staying in this place. "This is a great apartment. Very comfortable, very well appointed. It has everything you could need. The building is old but very clean, tidy and secure. The location is great for San Jose being located next to the heart of the city at San Pedro Square. Loads of bars and restaurants right next door.
