Great location, close to the heart of San José. The only detail is that the hotel parking is shared with the parking lot for guests attending events held at the hotel, so you may have to leave your car a little far from the entrance.

Very nice hotel, not to far from the airport and close to the roads leading out of the city. Clean and comfortable. Everyone was in good mood and willing to help. We will stay there again, next time we are in Town

Fast and early check in. Room Was ready when I arrived. Restaurant staff was excellent with fast service. Nancy is a great bartender with excellent and prompt service.

Loved our stay mostly… through the night we were awakened by what seemed to be people who had too much to drink, at one point I thought I would need to dress as it sounded like a woman was in distress… maybe 3 or 4 times throughout the night we were awoken. Then at breakfast a long hair was found in my girlfriend’s breakfast (I think it was the gallo pinto) but management quickly corrected the issue. I will try the hotel again when we return to San Jose in mid February.

The hotel is across from a supermarket but there aren’t any restaurants within easy walking distance, and walking after dark did not feel like the right thing to do, so I ended up eating at the hotel restaurant, which was okay. Just okay. Hot water seemed to take a long time to get to the 2nd floor. The room had a coffee maker, but with porcelain cups, which made me wonder if they were dishwasher clean, or washed in the room with my towels. Ditto the drinking glasses. No refrigerator. Breakfast was satisfactory and they keep it open until 10:30 am, which was nice, as I’m not hungry when I first wake up. And if you bring a guest to your room for a visit, they charge an extra $50.

Although there was one staff member at the front desk that seemed to be sour all the time, thank goodness she was not representative of the other staff. The other staff outside of that lady were exceedingly friendly and helpful. There were two staff members (Ezequiel and Nancy) who were exceptional, as they went out of their way to be of assistance. Ezequiel and Nancy were absolutely amazing! The breakfast buffet was not only of great value, but the food was fantastic as well. I had a very positive experience at the hotel and would definitely stay at there again.

Almost all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We had one horrible meal in the Japanese restaurant, worst food ever! I also had no ice machine on floor three. The front desk said to have them bring it up which usually worked. Owner evening they transferred me to kitchen and the man that answered the phone yelled at me and told me to get it myself! Overall a good stay but those two issues would keep me from staying again.
