The hotel had more then human guest, soon as I walked in turned the lights on there was roaches on the floor the bed ceiling walls the shower did not work. I didn't even sleep I slept in my car not to mention my door looked like the cops just recently kicked it open bolts loose.i can say they do have good a/c and cable LMFAO EVEN local county jail living conditions is better than this establishment

This place was run down and unsafe flooring upstairs was not installed properly bathtub was bouncy I thought it would crack at any moment.No hat water in the morning and I killed about 12 roaches it was infested

Get straight to the point, this place is infested with roaches. I drove thru a very active parking lot with people loitering. I get into my room to use the bathroom after my 3 hour drive and boom, a huge cockroach on the toilet wall, then I look into the bathtub there’s a family of them. I drive back to the front office and they offered to switch me rooms but soon as I walk in, I see 2 roaches go under the tv stand. It was late and I decided to just keep all my belongings in the suit case and sleep on top of the covers with a pair of sweaters and hoodie on. I couldn’t wait to leave this place. I would never stay here again. I asked for a refund after and they cannot do anything. I wasn’t going to give a review at first but after them denying another attempt for a refund through Expedia, I no longer want to give this owner another chance. STAY AWAY!! ROACHES, DIRTY, UNSAFE.

I've booked with Expedia this hotel (Super 8 by Wyndham San Jose Airport) for 2 nights for 4 adults. After check-in and entering our room, we discovered how dirty the place was: traces of blood on the pillow and a cockroach in the room. we decided to leave the room. The employee at the reception is very professional, he had to ask us to pay for the 1st night, but he agreed to cancel the 2nd night. Luckily we found a much cleaner room at the Holiday Inn Express next door with breakfast included. Of course the price is a little higher than the Super 8.

The room key didn't work and the room was far from the desk. When i got a working room key, i opened the door to a filthy room with food containers everywhere. When i went to get a new room, i was passively just given a new room without any type of apology. Thwre were broken beer bottles and car parts all around in the parking lot. I was woken up at 3:45 in the morning by other guests slamming doors and yelling
