"The check-in process was professional and expedient. The rooms are clean and cool, temperature-wise. Everyone, staff and guests were sooo friendly. Smiles and nods make you feel welcomed. Oh yeah, and the quick grab-and-go breakfast is perfect."

"This spot is perfect for fishing, cooking outside, or simply enjoying your time in Rockport! Their fishing pier is super long with many places to cast from so, even on a popular Friday afternoon, there is always somewhere to fish! There are multiple picnic tables and there's an additional grill (aside from the main one) so a few families can enjoy their time without being forced together. They have an outdoor water supply to clean your dishes as well. The hotel staff was super friendly and they were quick to alert me about an item I had left! I'll be staying here every time I return to this beautiful city!"

"Clean room and spacious Beds clean comfortable. Didn't try the breakfasts seamed hidden couldn't find it. Housekeeping didn't show up as stated they would on every other day of stay. Bottom line the room was clean and spacious with good air conditioner. Left a cell phone by accident but front desk called and informed us. A Plus to staff. Enjoyed the stay and recommend. Restroom smelled like some type of smoke."

"Really only issue was the tub. It didn’t drain properly. But for the price and location it was a steal for me and my 3 kids! It’s frustrating a bit to have to do the turn arounds to get to the location but the cool little stops along the way make up for it FOR SURE. If you’re traveling family on a budget this is your place. Make sure you get breakfast as they only serve coffee!"

"The room was freshly painted and remodeled. The sink in the vanity has a slow drain and would fill up pretty quickly. Then as it drained it had a awful smell to it like dead fish. The rest of the stay was good."

"Definitely pet friendly, there was a place for the boat in the back. We stay here 15 years ago and it does need some new paint. Ut things age....And maybe a little attention to the dust bunnies in those high ceilings. But it was still a lovely place with a helpful staff. 2 swimming pools, a laundry room, and close enough to walk to the beach or to dinner."

"Proximity to the beach was fantastic. Literally - a couple of minutes. Bring flip flops to wear in the room. My feet were always dirty and had to wash them before putting on my shoes. The floors didn't look dirty they were white, but my feet turned black from walking around the unit. Only used one of the pools and it was cool, felt refreshing from the heat."
