The property was amazing, comfortable, and clean. The overall aesthetic of the apartment was beautiful and simple. We enjoyed the rainfall shower as well as the outdoor shower on the balcony. The water temperature and pressure was just right.

Nice property with plenty of amenities and centrally located to restaurants, beach, and stores. The hosts were responsive. Transportation (Uber) was readily available and modest cost to nearby sites such as the mall, Old San Juan, and airport. We would certainly stay here again.

our stay at APT was great. uber’s were readily available in this area, playa del pueblo and ocean park beach were a short walk away along with restaurants. there was an incident across the street one day but we left the area and didn’t really know what happened. communication with the ‘virtual concierge’ was prompt and whenever we had questions, needed towels or assistance, someone responded in a timely manner. when we visit PR next time, we would consider staying here again.

My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay at APT this past week! We loved how close in proximity it was to grocery stores and food spots, and also how close it was to the excursions that we booked. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to all of our needs. The only issue that we ran into within our first two days of being there, was the appearance of gnats in our kitchen, bathroom, and one of the bedrooms. Though the appearance of gnats in this specific weather climate is inevitable, a member of staff came by to spray the affected areas. All in all, I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Puerto Rico!!!

This was by far my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Between the modern features, the tub outdoors, self check in, the thank you gift… I can’t brag enough about this property. The rooms were clean, the AC was cold, food options were plenty in walking distance. Rides to Old San Juan were cheap. They provided beach towels that were good quality. I highly recommend this boutique style hotel.. I plan on staying here and other DW properties very soon!

OK pros and cons

Big space, okay street, but close enough to main streets in Condado. My main issue is wifi outage, front door broken, lack of front desk/difficulty coordination of handy man, leak in kitchen sink, and leak in bedroom. Customer service was very accommodating however for the price paid I expected better conditions.

This is a must stay location for a quiet and tranquil vacation. Very clean. The beds were firm but very comfortable. The location is immersed within the local population with great local food just two minutes away walking. We enjoyed not being within the tourist trapped area where you cannot truely enjoy the culture. Perfect out door shower and soaking tub to wash off after the beach. Perfect size unit with a minimilest and tropical feel living. Oh and some 24 hour restaurants and supermarket 5 minutes away drive.

The perfect spot for adventurous foodies

After booking based on other glowing reviews, our expectations were high, so when we first arrived at the property it took about a half day to settle on and acclimate. That said, after our first night we felt very much at home and were incredibly happy with our decision to stay at this property. The comments on the neighborhood in other reviews I've read are pretty accurate. This location is not for the resort crowd, but is perfect for those travelers who like to be within walking distance of great food, night life and beaches and prefer to blend in a bit with the locals. We are a vegetarian and omnivore and had ample delicious and healthy dinner and breakfast/brunch options withing walking distance. The neighborhood is very respectful of pedestrians and all of the locals we interacted with were incredibly helpful and kind. The unit itself was hip and fun, while also being calming and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and responsive when we needed to contact them with a request to store our luggage. The wi-fi is fast, too. We would definitely stay here again during our next stay in San Juan!

My wife and I enjoyed this property for it's simplicity, coziness, cleanliness, spaciousness and feel. The property is situated within walking distance to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, grocieries, and minutes away from the downtown scene. The property owners provide a great myriad of kitchenware, towels and blankets. All in all a great place. I do recommend more than a 3 day stay to really enjoy the area and property (we stayed 5 nights).

I would have rated excellent if there were dressers in the unit. i dont understand why they rent a place with no where to put your clothes for the 6 days we were there. Also there were 2 beds and only 1 comforter.
